The One Day Barista Discovery Training – Carrera Barista Program is an accessible and friendly introduction to specialty coffee, designed for curious amateurs, enthusiasts or beginners wishing to better understand coffee and the basics of a good extraction.

This training aims to demystify the work of a barista and develop a better understanding of coffee, from its origin to the cup. It emphasizes tasting, essential techniques, and key concepts for appreciating and reproducing quality coffee without unnecessary complexity.

This program includes:

• Introduction to specialty coffee (origin, varieties, roasting)
• Understanding milling and its impact on extraction
• Demonstration of espresso extraction in a real-world setting
• Introduction to the basics of milk and caffeinated drinks
• Guided tasting (espresso and milk-based drinks)
• Practical tips for making great coffee at home
