Return and Refund Policy

At Carrera Café, we are committed to offering products of impeccable quality. Given the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Food products (coffee beans or ground coffee)

Since our products are perishable, all coffee sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened product
  • Product consumed, even partially
  • Dissatisfaction related to taste or personal preferences

Exceptions

A replacement or refund may be offered in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Order error (incorrect product)
  • Obvious quality defect (compromised freshness, anomaly)

In these situations, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt providing:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the concerned product

Non-food products

Non-food items (merchandise, accessories) can be returned subject to the following conditions:

  • Request made within 14 days of receipt
  • Product unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging retained

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error.

Refunds

Refunds are made via the original payment method.

Timeframes:

  • Processing within 5 to 10 business days after approval
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-eligible items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened food products
  • Coffee (except for the exceptions mentioned above)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, if applicable
