The team at Carrera Café is the beating heart of our establishment, located at 72 boulevard Champlain in the Petit-Champlain district of Quebec City. Every day, certified baristas, mixologists, service staff, and kitchen artisans work together to offer our customers an experience that goes beyond a simple café visit. Our team goes beyond the café walls. We work hand in hand with artisans from Quebec and beyond who share our standards: Boulangerie Borderon et Fils for our daily focaccias, Viandes Bio de Charlevoix for our charcuterie, the Fromages d'ici network for our selection of raw milk cheeses from Quebec, and the Boréale des Laurentides brewery for our draft beers. These collaborations are at the heart of our approach, terroir and expertise serving the customer.

Beyond the counter service, Carrera Café is also a recognized place for professional training in Quebec. Our Barista and Mixology programs train enthusiasts and industry professionals, from the basics of extraction to advanced techniques.
