Our coffee comes from Costa Rica Women's Harvest , a program that highlights the work of women coffee producers committed to a humane, sustainable and quality-oriented approach.

In several coffee-growing regions of Costa Rica, women play a central role in coffee cultivation... they participate in farm management, harvesting, cherry selection, and quality control. Yet, their contribution too often remains invisible.

The Women's Harvest was created to change this reality. It aims to recognize women's leadership in coffee production, promote their economic independence, and value their expertise through distinct, traceable, and rigorously selected batches.

To fully showcase this coffee, we needed a partner who shared the same high standards. Our Women's Harvest coffee is imported and roasted by Brûlerie Rousseau , a Quebec company renowned for its methodical and respectful approach to the product.

Roasting is conceived as an engineering process... temperature, curve, development and balance are precisely adjusted to respect the identity of the bean, without ever masking it.

As in racing, it's not about pushing to the maximum, but about finding the perfect point.
