Naming our signature coffee in his honor was obvious: the link between the Brazilian bean, confident roasting, and the spirit of motor racing finds its truest expression in Senna. Every espresso served at Carrera Café extends, in its own way, the champion’s legacy.
An intense profile, designed for espresso
The Senna Signature was selected and roasted to shine as an espresso. Its notes of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and brown sugar unfold beautifully under the pressure of our La Marzocco machines, with a rounded finish and persistence that marks every cup. It also suits traditional methods like the Italian Moka or filter for those who prefer longer infusions. Our baristas adjust the grind according to your equipment to ensure optimal extraction both at home and at the counter.
From the Brazilian field to your espresso at Petit-Champlain
The journey of our coffee bean is carefully tracked, from the Brazilian farms where it is produced to the final extraction at the Carrera Café du Petit-Champlain in Quebec. Roasted with care by our artisan partners, freshly ground on our La Marzocco machines, and served by baristas trained in our Carrera Barista Program, each cup reflects a chain of expertise and attention. Available in the online shop in several formats (340g, 500g, 911g, 1kg, 2.5kg) and by subscription with up to 12% discount, the Senna Signature also accompanies you at home, so the Carrera ritual never stops at the counter.
