You choose your coffee — single origin or signature blend — your size (250g, 500g, or 1kg) and your delivery frequency (every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks). Your selection is roasted to order and shipped within 48 hours after roasting. You receive your beans at their peak freshness, between 3 and 10 days after roasting — the ideal time for optimal extraction.
