At Carrera Café, every order leaves our workshops with the same care as our in-room services. Times, delivery areas, pickup options, here’s everything you need to know.
Processing times
Your orders carefully prepared
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Our roasted coffees are shipped as soon as they are ready, usually between 24 and 48 hours after roasting, to ensure optimal freshness upon arrival.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During busy periods, like the holiday season, a slight additional delay may apply.

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package in real time right to your door. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and dimensions.
We ship everywhere in Quebec, all Canadian provinces, and territories. Delivery is handled by Canada Post and our logistics partners known for their reliability.

Packaging and freshness
Cutting-edge technology to preserve aromas
Our beans travel in sealed packages with a degassing valve. This technology allows the CO₂ naturally released after roasting to escape while preventing oxygen from entering. The result is coffee that retains all the richness of its aromas from the day of roasting to your first cup.
Specialty coffee is alive. After roasting, the beans continue to release CO₂ for several days. The one-way valve lets this natural gas escape while blocking oxygen, the main enemy of freshness. It's a technical detail, but it makes all the difference between coffee arriving at its best and coffee tired from the journey.
Each package is carefully prepared to protect its contents during transport. Fragile accessories are packed with extra protection.

Deliveries outside Canada are possible upon request. Contact us at info@carreracafe.ca to get a personalized quote according to your destination.
Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or lost package
We find a solution quickly
In the rare case that your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and offer you a quick solution, whether it is a replacement or a refund.
Please keep the original packaging and take photos in case of visible damage; this greatly facilitates the processing of the case.
