What is the rental cost?
We offer four all-inclusive packages per person ($45, $75, $105, or $165) covering food, drinks, and service. Even better, rental fees are fully refunded once the group's consumption reaches $1000. From 25 people, a 10% discount applies automatically, and 15% from 40 people. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Are packages mandatory?
No. Packages simplify billing and service for groups of 15 or more, while ensuring a consistent experience. However, your guests can order à la carte if they prefer. Group benefits, such as free rental with $1000 consumption and automatic discounts, apply in both cases.
Can we rent only the terrace?
Yes, the terrace can be rented alone during the summer season (May to October). It accommodates up to 40 seated guests or 50 people in a cocktail format. For a larger event, combining the indoor room and terrace allows for up to 64 seated guests or about 90 to 100 people in cocktail format.
Do you provide food and drinks?
Absolutely. Our team offers menus suited to all formats, from signature Italian boards to cocktails, including food and wine pairings. Outside food is not allowed, but we tailor our offerings to your tastes and budget.
Is it possible to have a DJ?
Yes, we can coordinate the arrival of a professional DJ, or you can bring your own. The space is equipped to host a musical performance. Background music ambiance is included with every rental at no extra charge.
How far in advance should I book?
For the terrace in summer, we recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks in advance, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. For the indoor room, 3 to 4 weeks is usually sufficient. Large-scale events require more preparation time.
Can the decor be customized or a theme added?
Yes, with great pleasure. We welcome your ideas, decorations, and personalized elements. We can also create a complete themed setup reflecting the image of Carrera Café, such as a Grand Prix night, Italian dolce vita, or any other universe you imagine.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The indoor room at Carrera Café is wheelchair accessible. The terrace, located on Boulevard Champlain, is also accessible. Feel free to specify your specific needs; we will do what is necessary to comfortably accommodate all your guests.
Is there parking nearby?
Several public parking lots are available in Old Quebec, just a few minutes' walk from Carrera Café. The funicular connecting the upper and lower town is also nearby, as well as public transit stops serving the district.
