Cold brew and iced coffee: complete guide to cold drinks at Carrera Café in Quebec

Cold brew, iced latte, shaken espresso: cold coffee drinks have taken over summer menus. At Carrera Café, we master the differences and explain how to choose.

Cold brew vs iced latte

The real difference

Cold Brew

Cold brewed for 12-24 hours. Result: smooth, low bitterness, very concentrated. Served over ice, often with milk.

Iced Latte

Freshly pulled espresso poured over ice with milk. More intense, more aromatic. Our signature version: the Circuit.
