How we designed our menu

A drink menu is a promise. Every item must reflect a vision, expertise, character. Here’s how we designed ours at Carrera Café — from Porsche grip to espresso glass.

The starting point: precision

When you name your café after a Porsche 911 Carrera, you implicitly accept a certain level of demand. Precision is not optional. It applies to every drink, every recipe, every interaction with the customer.

Espresso as the foundation

Our menu starts with espresso. Everything else derives from it. We have selected exceptional beans, adjusted our extraction for weeks, until we achieved the exact profile we were looking for: balanced, complex, memorable.

Seasonal creations

Beyond the classics, our menu evolves with the seasons. Creations that capture a moment, an emotion, a seasonal ingredient. Because like in racing, adaptation is part of mastery.
