AUTUMN AT CARRERA CAFÉ
COLORS, TERROIR, AND HOT COFFEE
When the leaves turn red on Petit-Champlain, Carrera Café changes its tune. The terraces give way to the cozy warmth inside, iced drinks yield the track to hot beverages, and the menu is enriched with the flavors of Quebec terroir.

The season
Petit-Champlain in colors
Autumn turns Petit-Champlain into a movie set. The cobblestones are covered with leaves, warm lights take over from the sun, and our address becomes the ideal anchor point to explore the historic district.
Petit-Champlain in autumn is one of Quebec's most beautiful urban scenes. The maples of Old Quebec set the alleys ablaze with red and gold, Petit-Champlain street slows its tourist pace, and a more intimate atmosphere settles in. It's the season locals wait for all year.
The indoor terrace
The Carrera Café bay window becomes a privileged box overlooking the neighborhood in autumn. The leaves swirling outside, the hot coffee in your hands: a perfect moment.
The low season in Quebec
Between the end of the heatwave and the first snowfalls, Quebec reveals its true face. Fewer people, more soul. Carrera Café slows down and tables free up easily.
Hot coffees
The seasonal menu
The cold finally allows what summer refused. Espressos become double, lattes get longer, and some seasonal drinks join the menu.
The autumn double espresso
A tight double shot, extracted at low temperature to reveal caramel notes. The barista's answer to the gray weather. The starting point of any good autumn day.
The cinnamon latte
A smooth latte, with a hint of cinnamon on the foam. Neither too sweet nor too flavored: the right balance between the strength of the coffee and the warmth of the spice.
The paddock cappuccino
The classic of our menu, interpreted every morning by our baristas. One third espresso, one third hot milk, one third foam. Nothing more, nothing less, perfection in a cup.
The barista's tip
The art of the flat white in autumn
The flat white gains precision as the temperature drops. A tight ristretto as a base, a silky microfoam as a finish: a coffee that hides nothing and forgives even less a bad extraction. Our baristas work on it every morning.

Autumn terroir
Local products in the spotlight
Autumn is the season of terroir. It is also the season when our producer partners shine the most. The menu shifts towards deeply Quebecois flavors.
Organic Charcuteries from Charlevoix
The charcuteries of Charlevoix find their full meaning in autumn. Sausages, rillettes, dried ham: products carefully crafted in the region, served on our boards with Quebec cheeses.
Borderon et Fils Bakery
Our focaccia is baked in the oven of Borderon et Fils every morning. In autumn, the bakery offers seasonal breads that enrich our toasts: richer, warmer flavors, made for gray mornings.
The champions' board
Artisanal cheese dairies from Quebec, seasonal selection. In autumn, aged cheeses take the lead: character, complexity, depth. To pair with a glass of red wine or a local ice cider.
The ideal pit stop
The terroir break of Petit-Champlain
After a stroll through the colorful alleys, settle in with a charcuterie-cheese board, a hot espresso, and the view of the street. The Carrera Café is the perfect pit stop before setting off again to explore the historic district.
Racing atmosphere
The spirit of the circuit in the cold season
Carrera Café doesn’t change drivers with the season. The Ferrari spirit, pit stop precision, and paddock elegance stay in place, even when the leaves fall.
The autumn decor
Grand Prix posters, signature red, pristine counters: the Carrera identity remains intact. But in autumn, the light fades earlier and warm lamps create a cozier, almost cinematic atmosphere.
The autumn sequence
The Formula 1 season finale always falls in autumn. Mexican, Sao Paulo, Abu Dhabi Grands Prix: Carrera Café’s screens capture the last races, tables fill up, and the atmosphere rises a notch.
Autumn version
The Friday night ritual
A well-chilled Negroni, a charcuterie platter, Grand Prix qualifying on the screen. Outside, the leaves. Inside, the sound of engines and the red light. Carrera Café in autumn: a podium for the evenings that matter.
