It was in 2020 that we began our collaboration with the Alliance of Women of Costa Rica, processed at the Beneficio Jardin des Aromas treatment station of Mrs. Carole Zbinden. Her expertise is undeniable, and we are always delighted to discover her new offerings while maintaining a special connection with her.

This year, we managed to get hold of her Centroamericano H1 red honey lot, a variety of remarkable quality. This coffee captivates with its lively aromas.
