Like the first flowers that appear after winter, BLOOM gently opens in the cup. The fruity attack recalls ripe red plum, then chocolate structures it all, with a slightly candied finish that evokes maraschino cherry.
It is a bright, round, and approachable coffee — fruity enough to recall the freshness of spring, chocolatey enough to remain comforting.
