This coffee comes from Aricha Kebele, a high-altitude area in Yirgacheffe, renowned for its bright and floral coffees. It is carefully processed by Ibrahim Shafi, who manages his own washing station and buys ripe red cherries from smallholder farmers in the surrounding community.

The processing is personally carried out by Ibrahim using the washed method, which enhances clarity and complexity in the cup. His project is a family affair: his wife and children work alongside him, making coffee both a livelihood and a shared passion. The result is a traceable, high-quality coffee, deeply rooted in family expertise.
