Spring arrives at Carrera Café with a new creation: the jasmine iced latte. A harmony of floral sweetness and intense espresso, served cold in Petit Champlain.

The inspiration

Jasmine is one of the most used flowers in perfumery — delicate, intoxicating, with a slight sweet note. We wanted to explore what this flower could bring to a latte. The result: a drink where espresso and jasmine reveal each other.

How to enjoy it

Served on ice, with our specialty espresso perfectly extracted, whole milk, and a homemade jasmine syrup. Also available in a dairy-free version. A seasonal creation to try before the end of spring.
