Our new spring creation has arrived. The jasmine iced latte: a blend of floral sweetness and intense espresso, served cold in Petit Champlain.

The creation

In spring, we like to create something new. This season, jasmine is featured on our menu. Its delicate scent pairs surprisingly well with espresso: the flower softens the bitterness, and the espresso adds body to the floral sweetness.

Served on ice, with lightly textured whole milk and homemade jasmine syrup. A drink you won’t find anywhere else in Old Québec.
