CARRERA CAFÉ IN SUMMER

Terrace, cold brew & iced coffees

Seasonal guide • 5 min read

Summer in Quebec is sacred. And so is our Petit-Champlain terrace. From slow cold brew to iced coffees that refresh as much as they awaken, here’s how we enjoy coffee when the heat sets in.

THE ADDRESS

THE PADDOCK TERRACE

Petit-Champlain, Old Quebec

A few stone tables, a retractable roof, the sounds of Old Quebec in the background. Our terrace is the perfect place for a cold coffee in contemplation, between two neighborhood visits.

★ MUST-HAVE

The signature summer order

A homemade cold brew on ice, with a splash of cold oat milk and a twist of orange zest. Served in our large Carrera Café glass, it’s the definition of slow coffee under the sun of Old Quebec.
