SUMMER SEASON

CARRERA CAFÉ IN SUMMER

Terrace, cold brew & iced coffee

Seasonal Guide • 5 min read

Summer in Quebec City is sacred. And so is our Petit-Champlain terrace. From slow-steeped cold brew to iced coffee that refreshes as much as it awakens, here's how we enjoy coffee when the heat settles in.

THE ADDRESS

THE PADDOCK TERRACE

Petit-Champlain, Old Quebec

A few stone tables, a retractable roof, the sounds of Old Quebec in the background. Our terrace is the ideal spot for a contemplative iced coffee, between visits to the neighborhood.

★ MUST-TRY

The signature summer order

Homemade cold brew on ice, with a splash of cold oat milk and an orange zest. Served in our large Carrera Café glass, it's the definition of slow coffee under the Old Quebec sun.
