The Name That Carries It All
Ayrton Senna. Three World Championships. 65 F1 wins. A presence on the track that transcended mechanics.
When we looked for a name for our most demanding espresso, only one stood out. Senna didn’t win because he was the fastest on the straight. He won because he gave everything in every corner, every lap, every qualifying. Our signature coffee aspires to that same level of dedication.
This is not a melancholic tribute. It is a daily promise: every cup is brewed with the same intention that his yellow and green helmet carried.
There is no halfway. There is victory, or nothing at all. We applied this philosophy to our roasting.

Ayrton Senna was more than a driver. His ability to extract the maximum from a car in extreme conditions — especially in the rain — remains an absolute benchmark. What touches us the most is his relationship with effort. He didn’t manage it. He gave everything every lap.

The Senna Signature is a blend of two elite Arabicas: an Ethiopian natural process from Yirgacheffe, bringing floral and red fruit notes, and a Brazilian Cerrado pulped natural, adding chocolaty body and caramel sweetness. Brazil for Senna’s origins. Ethiopia for the birthplace of coffee.

The Senna Signature is not a subtle coffee. Like its namesake, it fills the space completely.
The Perfect Extraction
27 seconds. 9 bars. 93 degrees. The precision of the Carrera barista.
The first aftertaste is floral, almost surprising. Then comes the body: dense, chocolaty, persistent. In the finish, a caramel sweetness that lingers well after the last sip. Like a Monaco lap: brief, intense, memorable.
