THE PADDOCK TONIC
Concentrated espresso, tonic water, and lime zest. The non-alcoholic equivalent of the Espresso Tonic, with the same elegance. Sober and refreshing.

THE COLD BREW LEMONADE
The meeting of cold brew and homemade lemonade. The acidity of the lemon awakens the notes of the coffee. A bright and balanced recipe, perfect for the patio.

THE ICED HONEY
Inspired by the Honeymoon (Tokad), this mocktail brings out its natural honey notes. With almond milk and cinnamon, it's a sweet and enveloping drink.

THE GINGER ESPRESSO
A chilled double espresso with ginger beer and a dash of lemon. The vibrancy of ginger meets the roasted notes of espresso. Bold and full of character, like a final sprint on the track.
