THE PADDOCK TONIC
Concentrated espresso, tonic water, and lime zest. The non-alcoholic equivalent of the Espresso Tonic, with the same elegance. Simple and refreshing.

THE COLD BREW LEMONADE
The meeting of cold brew and homemade lemonade. The acidity of lemon awakens the coffee notes. A bright and balanced recipe, perfect for the patio.

THE COLD HONEY
Inspired by Lune de Miel (Tokad), this mocktail highlights natural honey notes. With almond milk and cinnamon, it’s a smooth and comforting drink.

GINGER ESPRESSO
A chilled double espresso with ginger beer and a splash of lemon. The liveliness of ginger meets the roasted notes of espresso. Bold and characterful, like a final sprint on the track.
